WE stands for Women’s Empowerment through the principles and teachings of yoga.

100 cents of every dollar donated by non-board members is spent on programs.

In 2020, $25,663.60 was paid and reported to the IRS on account of services rendered to ShareLove.Fund by women and minority independent contractors. As we grow, we hope to further increase New York State’s tax base by increasing the number of tax paying citizens.

Over 1,000 teenagers and women from the ages 9 to 60 have received a benefit from ShareLove.Fund’s services.

Disclosers

No Directors or Officers receive any compensation.

The Board of Directors fund 100% of the administrative expenses.

100% of donations are used to support empowerment programs for teenagers and women.

ShareLove.Fund retains Presti & Naegele as its external auditor and Beldock Levine & Hoffman LLP as its external legal counsel.

ShareLove.Fund is committed to the highest disclosure and accountability standards. 

Giving Today Means Empowering Women

ShareLove.Fund is a free nonprofit yoga school dedicated to empowering women by providing free yoga teacher certification programs to juniors, pregnant, and incarcerated women. Through our instructors and affiliated yoga schools, we offer all five (5) Yoga Alliance teacher training certification programs including RYT 200, RYT 300, RCYT, RPYT, and continuing yoga education. Our certification courses operate year around in New York and during school breaks at various retreat locations.

To fund our operations we (i) sell merchandise, (ii) accept tax deductible donations, and (iii) sell our yoga certification courses to those who do not qualify for a fee waiver. In addition, to fund our outreach operations, ShareLove.Fund offers yoga classes and certifications, mindfulness continuing legal education (CLE), and mindfulness Real Estate Education Courses (REEDC) to the general public for a course fee. Our instructors are licensed to teach both NYS CLE and REEDC. Our fee driven courses serve both to empower women members as well as provide valuable fundraising for our organization.

If you would like to volunteer as a yoga instructor or as an intern for our organization, please contact us. In addition, we welcome donations of money and new items of any kind. Finally, if you are a merchandiser willing to provide us with your goods branded with our logo as a donation, please let us know.
