Flor is a former tennis professional (WTA #646) and the former #1 tennis player in Brazil. 1. Supta Baddha Konasana

• Cues:

- Place block or pillow under bolster to create incline

- Place hands comfortably on the body

- Have feet touch if comfortable

2. Upward Facing Dog

• Cues:

- Place bolster under hips to increase stability and comfort

- Relax legs and try to keep focus on one spot

3. Malasana

• Cues:

- This is a yogi squat with toes apart and feet forward

- Place bolster under sitting bones for support and stability

- If able, place hands in the Prayer Position

4. Bridge Pose

• Cues:

- Place bolster under shoulder blades against lower back

- Keep knees apart with palms on the floor beside the body

5. Single Pigeon (Right Side)

• Cues:

- Place bolster under groin supporting front hip and back quad

- Use hands for stability on either side

- Carefully come out of position for transition to the other side

Single Pigeon (Left Side)

• Cues:

- Place bolster under groin supporting front hip and back quad

- Use hands for stability on either side

6. Savasana

• Cues:

- Lay onto side with bolster under the side of the body

- This supports hip, belly, and head

- Place hands underneath the head for additional support

- Focus on relaxation and breath
