Ashley Share, Esq. Founder, CEO, and Chairwoman of the Board of ShareLove.Fund

Ashley is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT 500, RPYT and RCYT yoga teacher. She received a B.A. in English and double minors in Business Administration and Environmental Science from UC Berkeley, a M.Sc. from The London School of Economics, and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. She worked for Kirkland & Ellis LLP as a corporate restructuring attorney. Currently, she is a real estate professional, yogi, harpist, and philanthropist.


Yulah Mirabel, Chief Development Officer

Yulah is a Cameroonian based in South Cyprus. She speaks English and French. Mirabel is an ambassador for Peace, Human Rights activist and a community development agent. She works towards improving the resilience of underprivileged women, children, and youths through poverty alleviation initiatives on empowering and building the capacities of these vulnerable groups on alternative livelihoods sustenance projects.

Mirabel has over 7 years of reputable experience in grant writing. She currently serves as a content writer for Velistar Consulting & Solution, Nicosia, Cyprus. She has served as the Programme Officer for Local Youth Corner- Cameroon; which stands out to promote peace-building and preventing/countering violent extremism. She has worked as the Monitoring and Evaluation officer and Projects Coordinator for Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Foundation International, which stands to promote Peace, Non-Violence, Social Justice, and Sustainable Development. She has worked as a Consultant for LifeAID-Cameroon which stands to promote Equity and Democracy in Governance. She has served as the Vice President for Gender Affairs for United Council for Youth Empowerment that promotes Youth Entrepreneurial Skills and Gender Equality.

Mirabel is a PhD candidate with a research interest in Agriculture and Food Security at the European University, Nicosia, Cyprus. She holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Economics, Rural Development, and Agribusiness from the University of Yaoundé II, Cameroon. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Yaoundé II Cameroon. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Yaoundé II Cameroon. She holds a certificate on the Evaluation of Public Policies from Partnership for Economic policy (PEP), and the faculty of Social Science Laval University Quebec, Canada. She also holds a certificate in Personal Branding from Brandway Academy Institute.


Susana Xhayet, Treasurer and CFO

Susana was born in Málaga, south of Spain. She studied in a catholic girls school and went to the Universidad de Malaga (UMA), where she graduated with a Masters on Mathematics and Actuarial Sciences. She also completed her dream after graduation and got her Diploma on Aerobics and Gymnastics teacher at the University of Barcelona.

Susana’s international interests inspired her to learn additional languages; she is Fluent in English, Spanish and French and has knowledge of Italian and Portuguese. With these accreditations, she worked as a Global Benefits Manager and International Accountant Coordinator in the EMEA region for Fortune 500 multinational companies.

Susana is a mother of three and in 2011, their whole family moved to the US.

After immigrating, Susana worked as a Campus Coordinator for the French American School of NY for two years. She then moved into the medical field working for a successful OBGYN practice in the City. She obtained the CPT medical coder qualification in 2020 and is currently the Revenue Cycle Manager for that company.

Apart from working and taking care of her family, Susana loves skiing, cycling, scuba diving, dancing flamenco and practicing yoga. Susana loves traveling in a way that she interacts with the people and learn the culture of the different countries and has visited many countries such as most of Europe, the US, Canada, Mexico, Senegal, South Africa, Chile and the Caribbean among others.


Dr. Erika D. Billick, MD, Ph.D. Board Member, Secretarial Officer, and Member of Finance Committee of ShareLove.Fund

Erika received her undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles. She received her Ph.D. in biology from Rockerfeller University and MD from Weill Cornell Medical College. She worked as a medical scientist for 15 years before turning to editing. She has developed an expertise in editing work written by non-native English speakers and has worked on everything from Science Fiction books to Chemistry blogs.


Dr. Sharona Ben-Haim, MD. Board Member of ShareLove.Fund

Sharona is the first female neurosurgeon and professor of neurosurgery at the University of California San Diego. She performed her undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, and her medical training at the UC San Diego School of Medicine. She completed her residency in neurological surgery at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, a fellowship in Epilepsy and Functional neurosurgery at Yale University, and Deep Brain Stimulation training at Oxford.


Bobbie A. Heck, Esq. Board Member of ShareLove.Fund

Bobbie received a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law. She has extensive professional experience in both the nonprofit and profit sectors including her years spent as an Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, a leading global law firm, and her current position as partner and senior counsel at Andelson Properties.


Julie Napolitano, Board Member of ShareLove.Fund

Julie is an energetic and joyful promoter of the evolution of the human spirit. Dedicated to the assistance of liberating vulnerable women, she brings six years of experience in the humanitarian response to human trafficking. Julie has served on the board of The Partnership to End Human Trafficking and lead community awareness projects with Love146. She serves as a board member with Flying with Air. Julie began her own jewelry line, Joey and Jules, where some of the proceeds are reinvested into organizations devoted to helping women survivors.


Jacqueline Wong, Board Member and Member of Finance Committee of ShareLove.Fund

Jacqueline was born in Hong Kong and was raised in Canada and the San Francisco Bay Area. She graduated with a B.A. in Fashion Design from the California College of the Arts and used her creative talents in designing for well-known New York and San Francisco-based fashion companies. She works as a Finance Manager at Montgomery Lands, Inc. and she is a Board Member of Hong Kong Association. She speaks English, French, Cantonese and Mandarin.


Katriel Gayle Uy Serion, ShareLove.Fund Graduate, RYT-500, Chief Operating Officer

Katriel Gayle Uy Serion is a renowned online content creator and a communication expert. She has a Master’s Degree in Leadership Management & a Certified Digital Marketing Strategist. 

She was raised in a morally upright Christian home, where she cultivated a character that has influenced her desire to serve others. 

Her amazing career accomplishments in strategic content writing have increased her popularity among clients, as she has continued to generate an outstanding imaginative social media marketing concept. 

She is well-known for her recent success as a digital marketer having independently pioneered highly successful brand marketing techniques for non profit and for profit brand owners through her agency, Socials Runway Marketing Consultancy.

Katriel is also highly influenced by yogic lifestyle and follows meditation and relaxation techniques for attaining optimum physical and mental wellness. She is also one of the authors of ShareLove.Fund’s first book, Broadening Our Horizons: What can Modern Food Science Learn from Historical Nutritional Practices?

Christina Bernstein (Founding - 2023)
Board Member and Treasurer of Finance Committee

Christina is bilingual speaking English and Mandarin. She attended New York University Stern School of Business where she earned a B.S. in Finance & Accounting with a concentration in Speech & Interpersonal Relations. She brings extensive financial knowledge to the board as a Financial Services Professional licensed in both Series 7 and Series 63 for securities trading. She currently serves as the Director of Fixed Income, Investment Grade Sales at Trust Securities where she sells and trades corporate bonds for institutional clients. Her extensive corporate philanthropy experience includes her role on the events committee and in fundraising in the Westchester area for St. Jude’s children’s hospital.


Cindy Chen Delano, Esq. (Founding - 2023)

Cindy is multilingual speaking English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Fujianese! She is co-founder and partner of Invictus Global Management, LLC, an Austin, Texas-based special situations investment firm that invests in the entire life cycle of a bankruptcy and/or restructuring through (1) distressed credit, (2) bankruptcy trade claims and (3) litigation finance.

Cindy plays an integral role in the firm’s investment strategy by integrating holistic legal analysis and her bankruptcy and litigation expertise into every stage of the investing process.

Cindy co-founded Invictus in early 2019 after serving as the Senior Legal Analyst on the credit investment team at Whitebox Advisors, LLC, where she and her co-founder Amit Patel first paired their complementary investing and legal expertise to build the cornerstone of Invictus’ differentiated investment strategy. She was previously Associate General Counsel at AIG Investments. Prior thereto, Cindy was a practicing bankruptcy attorney at firms that include Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where she represented both debtors and creditors in complex, high stakes bankruptcies and/or restructurings. Cindy received her B.A. from New York University in 2001 and received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2004, each magna cum laude.

Luna is a partner in BLH's Civil Rights Practice. Her litigation practice focuses on civil rights, employment discrimination, police and governmental misconduct, and international human rights. Luna also helps non-profit organizations with their formation and legal maintenance.

Annemarie Aguanno, CPA

Annemarie has been with Presti & Naegele since September 2006 and a CPA manager providing expertise in accounting, auditing and taxation for small business, ERISA and not-for-profit organizations. She is a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is also an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Prior to Presti & Naegele, she provided 13 years of accounting, auditing and tax services for Broadway and touring theatrical productions. As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she has helped clients with issues ranging from basic bookkeeping and transactional input to complex technical software issues.

 

 

Kristin Cavataio, CPA

Kristin Cavataio, CPA received her BS degree in Accounting from Penn State University and her MBA in Finance, with Advanced Certifications in both Public Accounting and International Business, from Iona College.In 2012, she began with Presti & Naegele specializing in corporate, partnership and individual taxation. Kristin’s background in accounting and ability to understand the technology behind the numbers led her to join the Presti & Naegele Accounting Technology Team in 2015. She is now a Senior Technology Consultant. Kristin is member of Intuit’s QuickBooks Online Advanced Advisory Board, which is made up of five of the nation’s top Pro-Advisors, all hand selected by Intuit based upon a candidate’s qualifications and knowledge of their products. She is a self-proclaimed “QuickBooks Nerd.”

Clio Byrne, COO, ShareLove.Fund Graduate RYT500, RPYT, RCYT

Clio is bilingual and offers classes in Spanish & English. She is a yoga instructor, a licensed breath coach and music therapist, a vocal coach and a professional singer. She is also deeply passionate about nature. 

Clio regularly organises yoga retreats in beautiful locations surrounded by nature in Spain. She believes that yoga is a powerful tool towards self transformation and in her retreats and workshops Clio offers a wonderful combination of yoga, live music, breathing techniques, mindful walks in nature and healing sound baths. As a profesional musician,  composer and music therapist, Clio feels that music is a very therapeutic way to communicate and it can often be far more powerful than words. She is blessed with a melodious voice and her songs can move anyone. She is currently working on her own album which will be released shortly on different online platforms. 

She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has spent many years attending yoga ashrams in  India, France and Spain. Clio has trained intensively with Sharelove.Fund and is now an RPYT, RCYT, and RYT 500 ShareLove graduate. She is from Ireland, but based in Barcelona where she has her own yoga and music studio.

 

 

Jen Cadarso, RYT 200

Jen offers yoga classes in Spanish & English. Jen is licensed Kaia Yoga, Strala Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mindful Meditation, and Health Coaching and Nutrition. Growing up in the Napa Valley, Jen was raised in a culture of healthy living and enjoyment of life. Since a young age, she has been interested in health and wellness. When she moved to New York in her 20s, she found yoga as a calm refuge from the busy city life.  She immediately fell in love with it and enjoyed exploring many different styles.  Yoga helped her through different stages of her life including her pregnancies and helped her cope with the stresses of motherhood. After having her fourth child, she decided to dive in a bit deeper into her practice and took a yoga training. She focuses on teaching privately and small group classes. She finds joy in connecting with others and helping them to connect with themselves through movement, breath, and relaxation.

 

 

Peter Iocovello, E-RYT 500, RPYT, RCYT

Peter offers yoga classes in Spanish & English. He began in 1998 to help make a difference in people’s lives through the healing power of touch. Peter is known for his extensive body wisdom and his ability to get to the heart of the issue and customize programs for his clients. Peter loves working in the wellness industry as it allows for physical, mental and emotional growth for him. Peter is Licensed in Massage Therapy (Swedish Institute), Certified in Positional Therapy (Kripalu), Certified Yoga Teacher (Pranotthan), and Certified Personal Trainer.

 

 

Wendy Kerner, Principal Harpist

Wendy Kerner began playing the harp at the age of seven. Wendy went to The Juilliard School, where she received her Bachelor's and Master of Music Degrees in Harp Performance. She is the Principal Harpist with The Norwalk and Ridgefield Symphonies in Connecticut, and she is also a member of the Fontenay  Chamber Players, A Two of Harps duo harp ensemble, and the group Themselves. She is on the Harp Faculty at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT and she teaches a large group of harp students of all ages and levels online and in her studio in Wilton, CT. Wendy is also the Founder and Director of the  Elyrica Summer Harp Ensemble Program. She has appeared in concert throughout the United States including a recent concerto appearance with the Orchestra of New England, and performances at  Bennington College, The JFK Presidential Library in Boston, Yale University, and with the Chamber  Orchestra of Moscow. Wendy is a winner of the American Harp Society’s Concert Artist Program, the  National Flute Association’s Chamber Music Competition, and she was presented in her New York debut in Carnegie Recital Hall as a winner of the Artists International Chamber Music Competition. Wendy was just awarded an Artists Respond Grant from The Department of Economic and Community Development,  Connecticut Office of the Arts, which receives support from the federal ARPA. 

 

 

Neelam Dimri, ShareLove.Fund Graduate RYT 200

Neelam is bilingual speaking English and Hindi. She brings her heritage of her homeland of India to ShareLove.Fund as a writer and yoga curriculum developer.

Neelam firmly believes in making her vocation her profession. She is an avid blogger, e-book writer and editor who gave wings to her dreams. For her, writing is not just a form of expression, but a wonderful way of relieving oneself of any negative emotions. Smitten by the writing bug in her school days, she started her own blog at the mere age of sixteen (16) and continued writing for various other sites as well. Her often quoted line “Life is too short to express a little” keeps her teammates motivated to deliver their best.

Lawrence is a seasoned advisor with nearly 15 years in the financial services industry. He focuses on holistic financial planning for individuals, families and corporations. Michele is a board-certified dermatologist based in NYC with experience in a variety of cosmetic dermatology treatments. A graduate from Yale University, with an MD from Mount Sinai Medical School in NYC, she has treated patients from all around the world.

Nicole Ball, Esq.

Nicole represents a new generation in real estate. After graduating with a BA from Boston College and a JD from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Nicole went on to work in securities litigation for a prestigious Wall Street firm, and later to providing legal support to families and seniors on public assistance. An attorney and astute businesswoman, her legal knowledge and negotiating prowess are invaluable. Kat Tambor

Kat is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Greenwich and Westchester, New York. She has a BA from Binghamton University. Currently working in the Greenwich and Armonk office of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, Kat is part of the very successful Strong Oestreich Elwell team and has worked closely with The Fieldstone Group in Greenwich, both top ranked real estate teams in their territories. In addition to her experience as a real estate agent. Kat is a founder of a property development company and has built and sold several homes. She also consults on new construction projects with clients.

Nikki R. Thomas, Esq.

Nikki has made her mission to be an agent who is not only responsive, knowledgeable and diligent but one who also understands the importance of listening and ensuring that they feel understood. Nikki obtained her undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech and her J.D. from New York University School of Law. With her background as a corporate bankruptcy attorney with a major international law firm, Nikki has significant experience working in deadline driven environments which required her to work quickly and meticulously, and she brings such experience and skill to each transaction in which she is involved. Moreover, clients appreciate the enthusiasm and positive attitude that Nikki will bring when it comes to looking for a home in New York City. It’s a joy for her to help others.

 

 

Tina Anastasia

Tina is the founder and CEO of her own design firm. Prior to moving to Connecticut, Tina owned and operated a successful architectural and interior design firm for 20 years in Florida. Having received two separate degrees - one in Interior Design and the other in Building Construction Technology in Architecture - Tina is able to incorporate her knowledge of the architectural process to master the art of interior design. She also holds a certification from the National Council of Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) and is a registered and licensed Interior Designer in both Florida and Connecticut. Additionally, Tina is the current president elect for the American Society of Interior Design. Tina’s diverse and stylish portfolio has been published in numerous design magazines.

Jenn is an interior designer with one single passion: helping others create spaces that reflect who they truly are. She works with her clients to create atmospheres by combining harmonious color palettes with a mix of traditional and contemporary furnishings.  Her joy is to bring spaces to life by decorating and designing them with all her favorite finds.

Katia Bogomolova

Katia is trilingual as a native English, Spanish, and Russian speaker. She empowers women through her courses in fitness, organization and entrepreneurship. She earned her MBA from Florida International University and her Bachelor’s from the University of Miami. Originally from Moscow, Russia, she traveled frequently as a child to play competitive tennis, spending the majority of her time in Mexico and the U.S. As a professional organizer, she creates beautiful, functional living spaces for her clients whether they live in a large suburban home or a small downtown apartment.
