Julia Jakubowsky is an avid yogi and lover of all living creatures. She is also a great cook and loves to experiment by making various flavors of nutritious smoothies. She loves to ride horses and also takes good care of them. Julia lives in Rye, NY, with her parents, brother and sister, and her two Lagotto Romagnolo dogs. She speaks English and French and loves and mingles with animals she meets while traveling. Her most noteworthy contribution as an artist commenced with her digital art debut in the book ‘Broadening Our Horizons: What can Modern Food Science Learn from Historical Nutritional Practices?’ She hopes to bring more books to life through her passion for sketch art, digital arts, and photography. She loves to take pictures of animals and create abstract designs.
