Mia Jakubowsky is an accomplished author, award-winning researcher, and multilingual scholar whose work seamlessly bridges wellness, education, and science.Scientific & Academic Excellence: In addition to her research in prenatal health, Mia’s scientific achievements include the Connecticut Association of Physics Teachers Special Award, The Charles Hammond Award for Excellence in Astronomy from the Astronomical Society of Greater Hartford, and 3rd Place in the Connecticut STEM Fair.
Author & Educator: She is the author of The Science of Prenatal Yoga, co-author of Gandhi Goes to School, and writer of a top-rated Amazon cookbook. She also holds advanced certifications as an E-RYT 500, RPYT, RCYT, and YACEP, and serves as President of Bilingual Academia.
Leadership & Community Service: Mia serves as Editor-in-Chief of The Share Institute, Inc. dba ShareLove.Fund’s blogs. Her dedication to community service has earned her the AmeriCorps President's Volunteer Service Gold Award for six consecutive years, highlighted by her annual harp performances for female inmates at Rikers Island Jail.
